NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-002676-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Edith E. Suarez a/k/a Edith E. Conaway, Alfredo Curtis, Ricardo Curtis, Rolando Curtis, Magnolia Curtis and Elxura Best are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on October 27, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 377, LAKE SARASOTA, UNIT NO. 5, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, AT PAGE 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
