NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 23, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-016759 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLSFARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE UNDERPOOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF SEPTEMBER 1, 2006 SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLE LLC TRUST 2006-HE2 CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006, is Plaintiff and BONNIE I. SKAGGS, DAVID B. SKAGGS, AMERICAN EXPRESS TREAVEL RELATED SERVICES COMPANY, INC., AND UNKNOWN TENANT/OWNERS N/K/A SUSAN CRITTENDEN, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 28th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 69, Denham Acres, Unit 1, as per Plat thereof Recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 52, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
