NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 23, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-007623 SC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWL, INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-08, is Plaintiff and GERI BENEDETTO A/K/A G. BENEDETTO; BRIAN BENNEDETTO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 28th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 10, Block 844, 19TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 14, at Pages 7, 7A THROUGH 7P, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
