Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 21, 2013, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on September 17, 2014, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 2 OF THE SUBDIVISION OF THE SOUTH 200 FEET OF LOT 13 OF NEWTOWN FARMS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 38 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on October 23, 2014, beginning at 09:00 AM.
