I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 27 day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 39, LEHIGH ACRES, UNIT 7, SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 77, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
