NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated Sept. 26, 2014, and entered in 13-CA-053598 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY, is the Plaintiff and ALMA A. GALLIMORE; ALMA A. GALLIMORE AS TRUSTEE OF THE ALMA A. GALLIMORE REVOCABLE TRUST DATED OCTOBER 23, 2012; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALMA A. GALLIMORE; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE ALMA A. GALLIMORE REVOCABLE TRUST DATED OCTOBER 23, 2012; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; TERRACE IV AT HERITAGE COVE ASSOCIATION, INC.; HERITAGE COVE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on November 10, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 4404 OF TERRACE IV AT HERITAGE COVE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3518, PAGES 3658 THROUGH 3729, ET. SEQ., AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO: TOGETHER WITH ALL OF THE APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID DECLARATION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN ALL COMMON ELEMENTS, AND SUBJECT TO THE MASTER ASSOCIATION DECLARATION FOR HERITAGE COVE, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3178, PAGE 965, ET SEQ., AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
