NOTICE IS given that pursuant to a Final Judgment dated September 26, 2014, in the Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida in JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE FINANCE, LLC, is the Counter and Cross Plaintiff, and CHRISTI S. ROOS and EDWARD K. ROOS, and FIFTH THIRD BANK, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Public Auction website of Lee County, www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes on December 29, 2014, at 9 a.m., the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Lots 12, 13 and 14, Block 4600, Unit 69, Cape Coral Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 22, Pages 31 through 51, inclusive, of the Public Record of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
