NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 26, 2014, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-050754 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit, in and for LEE County, Florida, where in WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff and PATRICIA A. RUSSO a/k/a PATRICIA ANN RUSSO INDIVIDUALLY, PATRICIA A. RUSSO, TRUSTEE OF THE PATRICIA A. RUSS REVOCABLE TRUST DATED 9/13/2002 AS AMENDED AND RESTATED FROM TIME TO TIME a/k/a THE PATRICIA A. RUSSO REVOCABLE TRUST DATED 7/13/2002 AS AMENDED AND RESTATED FROM TIME TO TIME, CITY OF BONITA SPRINGS, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash on November 26, 2014 at 9:00 A.M., at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in LEE County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 24, of that certain subdivision known as CARTWRIGHT'S SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof on file and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, in Plat Book 35, Page 21.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
