NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated September 8, 2014, entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-003896-CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2007-OA2 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-OA2 is the Plaintiff and Wesley Louis Bryant; The Unknown Spouse of Wesley Louis Bryant a/k/a Wesley Bryant; Debra Bryant; The Unknown Spouse of Debra Bryant; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; CitiFinancial Equity Services, Inc. f/k/a Commercial Credit Consumer Services, Inc.; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant # 4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 15th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

FROM THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID SECTION 36, RUN NORTH 01 DEGREES 02 MINUTES 53 SECONDS EAST, ALONG THE EAST LINE, A DISTANCE OF 150.00 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE RUN NORTH 89 DEGREES 15 MINUTES 17 SECONDS WEST, A DISTANCE OF 3231.14 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE NORTH 89 DEGREES 15 MINUTES 17 SECONDS WEST, A DISTANCE OF 150.30 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE RUN NORTH 0 DEGREES 44 MINUTES 43 SECONDS EAST, A DISTANCE OF 290.00 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE RUN SOUTH 89 DEGREES 15 MINUTES 17 SECONDS EAST, A DISTANCE OF 150.30 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE RUN SOUTH 0 DEGREES 44 MINUTES 43 SECONDS WEST, A DISTANCE OF 290.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
