Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of PASCO County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in PASCO County, Florida described as:
LOT 12, COLONIAL MANOR, UNIT SEVEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 57, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 3335 Jarvis Street, Holiday, Florida 34690, including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com., on November 6, 2014, at 11:00 A.M.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
