NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 29th day of July, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2014-CA-000145-CAAX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“ FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is Plaintiff and MICHELE A. OVERBECK A/K/A MICHELE OVERBECK; DAVID J. OVERBECK A/K/A DAVID OVERBECK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHELE A. OVERBECK A/K/A MICHELE OVERBECK; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; REGIONS BANK SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO AMSOUTH BANK; are defendants. UNRECORDED TRACT 167, OSCEOLA HEIGHTS; A PORTION OF TRACTS 15 AND 16, PORT RICHEY LAND COMPANY SUBDIVISION OF SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 25 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST AS SHOWN ON PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 60 AND 61 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF TRACT 164 OF OSCEOLA HEIGHTS, UNIT SIX, AS SHOWN ON PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 99 OF THE PUBIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE RUN ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF SAID SECTION 13, NORTH 89°28'30” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 1087.37 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE NORTH 89°28'30” WEST A DISTANCE OF 370 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00°58'23” EAST A DISTANCE OF 775 FEET; THENCE A DISTANCE OF 366.21 FEET ALONG THE ARC OF A CURVE TO THE RIGHT, SAID CURVE HAVING A RADIUS OF 525 FEET AND A CHORD OF 358.83 FEET WHICH BEARS SOUTH 69°29'31” EAST; THENCE A DISTANCE OF 40.39 FEET ALONG THE ARC OF A CURVE TO THE LEFT, SAID CURVE HAVING A RADIUS OF 766.70 FEET AND A CHORD OF 40.38 FEET WHICH BEARS SOUTH 51°01'05” EAST; THENCE SOUTH 00°58'23” WEST A DISTANCE OF 627.25 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THE SOUTH 10 FEET THEREOF AND THE EAST 10 FEET THEREOF BEING SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE AND/OR UTILITIES.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
