NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 11 September, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-002338ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Barbara A. Norwood A/K/A Barbara Norwood,Unknown Tenant (s),, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 28th of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 25: THE SOUTH 70 FEET OF THE NORTH 210 FEET OF THE WEST 165 FEET OF TRACT 25, IN SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 24 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID TRACT BEING LOCATED IN CRYSTAL SPRINGS COLONY FARMS TOGETHER WITH A 40 FOOT EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS ALONG THE ROADWAYS AS THEY NOW EXIST.

SAID TRACT BEING LOCATED IN CRYSTAL SPRINGS COLONY FARMS. TOGETHER WITH A 40-FOOT EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS ACROSS THE CONTIGUOUS PROPERTY ALONG THE ROADWAYS AS THEY NOW EXIST AS SHOWN ON THE MAP.
