NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA- 004188 WS in the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, CALIBER HOME LOANS, INC., Plaintiff, and, JODY COMIS, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00AM, on the 28th day of OCTOBER, 2014, the following described property:
LOTS 22, 23, 24 AND 25, BLOCK 2, VEAL`S ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF ELFERS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 47 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
