LOT 54, ASBEL CREEK PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGES 122-131, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
