Final Judgment was awarded on March 4, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 51-2010-CA-004083-ES/J4, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO CHASE BANK N.A. AS TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff, and, LINDA L. JACKSON; GULF COAST ASSISTANCE, LLC; MEADOW POINTE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT; UNIFUND CCR PARTNERS, G.P.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; SEAN JACKSON; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Paula S. O'Neil, Ph.D., will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on October 16, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 2, MEADOW POINTE PARCEL 4A UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 14 THROUGH 18, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
