Final Judgment was awarded on August 29, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 51-2012-CA-003413 WS J2, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff, and, JANET E. TREGO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JANET E. TREGO; HOLIDAY LAKE VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Paula S. O'Neil, Ph.D., will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on October 17, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1309, BUILDING 13, FROM THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT FOR HOLIDAY LAKE VILLAS, A CONDOMINIUM (PHASE 1), ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 61 THROUGH 64 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED SEPTEMBER 16, 1981 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1150, PAGES 0482 THROUGH 0547, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
