TREGO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JANET E. TREGO; HOLIDAY LAKE VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.

TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
