NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 2, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 14-CA-003924 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the 15th day of January, 2015 at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Unit 4202 of LAKEVIEW AT CALUSA TRACE, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in O.R. Book 15389, Pages 553 through 678, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; together with any and all amendments thereto, as from time to time may be filed of record; and according to the Condominium Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 20, page 36, of the public records aforesaid; together with an undivided share or interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
