NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated 17th day of September, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 010552, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-11 is Plaintiff and EDWARD LAWRENCE; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE LAWRENCE FAMILY LAND TRUST #1901 DATED 09/27/10; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; ASSET PRESERVATION TRUST SERVICES, INC., AS TRUSTEE OF THE LAWRENCE FAMILY LAND TRUST #1901 DATED 09/27/10; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 24th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 2, OF KING'S VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 100, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
