NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 28, 2014, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-006169 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein GMAT LEGAL TITLE TRUST 2013-1, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS LEGAL TITLE TRUSTEE, is Plaintiff, and CHRISTOPHER ELDRIDGE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 10 day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 13 OF PALMETTO COVE TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREPF AS RECORDS IN PLAT BOOK 111, PAGE(S) 7 THROUGH 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
