NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 11, 2014 in Civil Case No. 10-CA-013071 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FSB is Plaintiff and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOW TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, ELMI TIBADUIZA, FERNANDO MONTANA, ARBORS AT CARROLLWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT# 3, TENANT# 4, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 30th day of October, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 15023-202, BUILDING 13, ARBORS AT CARROLLWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16781, PAGE 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
