NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 9, 2014, and entered in 2012-CA-8661 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and CATHERYN G. GRANTHAM; USF FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A JULIA YEAST are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 28, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 9; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 49 MINUTES 00 SECONDS EAST, ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 9 A DISTANCE OF 256.36 FEET; THENCE NORTH 01 DEGREES 06 MINUTES 02 SECONDS WEST, A DISTANCE OF 30.03 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; CONTINUE THENCE NORTH 01 DEGREES 06 MINUTES 02 SECONDS WEST, A DISTANCE OF 102.27 FEET; THENCE NORTH 79 DEGREES 47 MINUTES 50 SECONDS EAST, A DISTANCE OF 153.88 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 13 MINUTES 43 SECONDS EAST, A DISTANCE OF 129.96 FEET TO THE NORTH RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF MAIN STREET; THENCE ALONG SAID NORTH RIGHT OF WAY LINE NORTH 89 DEGREES 49 MINUTES 43 SECONDS WEST, A DISTANCE OF 150 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
