NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 29, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-006439 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and MATTIE WILLIAMS, et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at public sale on November 18, 2014, at 10:00 A.M. on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The South ½ of Lot 6, and all of Lot 7, Block 11, TAMPA OVERLOOK, a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 17, Page 2, in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
