NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10th day of September, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-002860, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER JONES; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; LAKE & COUNTRY PROPERTIES; NCO PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT INC; STATE OF FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; VALHALLA OF BRANDON POINTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MARILYN KOEHLER; ROSHANDA N. SMITH; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 29th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
