NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10th day of September, 2014, and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-015731, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-FF11, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF11 is the Plaintiff and SAMUEL A. EDWARDS A/K/A SAMUEL EDWARDS; CAVALRY PORTFOLIO SERVICES, LLC AS ASSIGNEE OF CAVALRY SPV I, LLC AS ASSIGNEE OF CITIFINANCIAL; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; DEE-SHAWN DANIEL; CLERK OF COURT, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 29th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
