Final Judgment was awarded on August 28, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 29-2009-CA-025636(F), of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, FSB. F.K.A. WORLD SAVINGS BANK, is the Plaintiff, and, GUSTAVO MEDINA; RANDOM OAKS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN TENANT A/K/A CARLOS RAMOS; ENDORA ADRIANA RODRIGUEZ; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on October 16, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
