Final Judgment was awarded on August 28, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 10-CA-023000, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO COLONIAL BANK BY ACQUISITION OF ASSETS FROM THE FDIC AS RECEIVER FOR COLONIAL BANK, is the Plaintiff, and, MARCY J. MARTINEZ-PAYNE A/K/A MARCY STRICKLAND; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; LAKESIDE COMMUNITY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARCY J. MARTINEZ-PAYNE N/K/A DORCEY STRICKLAND; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
