Final Judgment was awarded on December 23, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 29-2011-CA-012310, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff, and, HECTOR E. VEGA; SHEILA C. VEGA; LAKE MORLEY TERRACE HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
