Book 4915, Pages 6-11, and second Amendment to the Declaration of Condominium recorded October 16, 1980, in O.R. Book 5092, Pages 1035-1040, and any other amendments thereto, in Condominium Plat Book 45, Pages 48-50, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida..
