NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:

Book 4902, Page 484, and first Amendment to the Declaration of Condominium dated 9/19/79 and recorded in O.R. Book 4915, Pages 6-11, and second Amendment to the Declaration of Condominium recorded October 16, 1980, in O.R. Book 5092, Pages 1035-1040, and any other amendments thereto, in Condominium Plat Book 45, Pages 48-50, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida..
