Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on September 15, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
UNIT NO. C-206, OF BELLA VISTA ON LAKE SEMINOLE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14516 AT PAGE 465, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 10240 SAILWINDS BLV N, LARGO, FL 33773; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on October 30, 2014 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
