Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated September 16, 2014, entered in Civil Case Number 11-008461-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff, and STEVEN PATAPOFF AKA STEVE W PATAPOFF, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Unit 18-304, of BENTLEY AT COBB`S LANDING, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 14748, and Page 1703, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 17th day of November, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
