Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered by the Court on July 18, 2014, in Case No.: 11-004335-CI in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which JUSTIN S. THOMPSON a/k/a JUSTIN THOMPSON, and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR CITIBANK FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on October 16, 2014, the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
All that certain land situate in Pinellas County, State of Florida, viz:
Lot 53, LAKE PINES ESTATES, UNIT 3, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 16, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property address: 1961 Palm Drive, Clearwater, FL 33763.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
