NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 2, 2014, entered in Case No. 522012CA011488XXCICI SEC. 19 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2007-RFC1, Asset-Backed Pass Through Certificates is the Plaintiff and Robert G. Thompson; Unknown Spouse of Robert G. Thompson; Capital One Bank (USA), N.A., f/k/a Capital One Bank; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for Choice Capital Funding, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 16th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 27, RIO VISTA SECTION 6, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 51 AND 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
