NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 2, 2014 entered in Case No. 522011CA010473XXCICI SEC 11 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Russell Lewis; Cynthia Lewis, a/k/a Cynthia L. Lewis, f/k/a Cyinthia L. Tustin; Scott Demalteris, P.A., d/b/a Puroclean Disaster Recovery Services; Branch Banking and Trust Company; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 16th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, BAY PINES ESTATES UNIT SIX, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
