NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 3, 2014 in Civil Case No. 52-2013-CA-005906 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF HIGHLAND LAKES INC. F/K/A HIGHLAND LAKES RECREATION & HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., MISSION GROVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANTS/OWNERS, BENJAMIN NEFF, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 27th day of October, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NUMBER 18-A AND AN UNDIVIDED 4.7619% INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO, THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF MISSION GROVE CONDOMINIUM II AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4680, PAGE 590 THROUGH 636, INCLUSIVE AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 28, AT PAGES 55 THROUGH 57, INCLUSIVE, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
