NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 20 August, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12007568CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC f/k/a Centex Home Equity Company, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Fredrick S Pratt also known as Frederick S Pratt, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Mortgage Lenders Network USA, Inc., Oak Creek at Countryside Property Owners Association, Inc., Roberle C. Pratt, United States of America Internal Revenue Service, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 27th of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
