NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 27, 2014, and entered in 09-017886-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and JEFF A. BARSKY A/K/A JEFF BARSKY; MARILYN J. HONAN; MISSION HILLS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR CITIBANK N.A. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 27, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS UNIT 15-B, MISSION HILLS CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF MISSION HILLS CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3665, PAGES 870-931, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 45-57, REFILED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 96-104, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
