NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 28, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-001879-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Hsbc Bank Usa, National Association As Trustee For Wells Fargo Asset Securities Corporation, Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, Series 2007-PA2, is the Plaintiff and Michael R. Sheeks, Chalets On White Sands Condo Association, Inc., Sophie Sheeks, Unknown Tenants In Possession Of The Property, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 27th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS UNIT NO. 4C, TOGETHER WITH THE APPURTENANCES THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF CHALETS ON WHITE SANDS, A CONDOMINIUM, AND RELATED DOCUMENTS AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14397, PAGE 2220 THROUGH 2287, AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 137, PAGES 24 AND 26, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
