BOOK 3889, PAGE 690: FROM THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 55, AS A P.O.B, RUN N 0°04'58”E., 7.00 FEET; THENCE S44°37'38”E., 9.95 FEET; THENCE N 89°20'14”W., 7.00 FEET TO THE P.O.B.
