RE-NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 11, 2013, and an order to Re-Set Sale, dated, September 08, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-006844 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB, is Plaintiff and JAMES A. DOREY, et.al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 23rd day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 39, EDGEMOORE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES(S) 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS O FPINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Property address: 849 58th Ave. NE, Saint Petersburg, FL 33703-1603
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
