NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated September 9, 2014 entered in Case No. 522012CA014706XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Christopher R. Brown; Cecilia M. Brown; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 28th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK A-1, HARMONY HEIGHTS SECTION FIVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGES 63 AND 64, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
