NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 16, 2014 in Civil Case No. 13-009415-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is Plaintiff and PINE RIDGE AT LAKE TARPON VILLAGE I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. , ESTELLE GOSSERT, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 N/K/A BETH NEWELL, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ESTELLE GOSSERT, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 31st day of October, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Unit D, Building No. 131 of Pine Ridge at Lake Tarpon Village I-#1, a Condominium, Phase XI, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 5702, Page 1317 and as amended by Amendment No. 4 recorded in Official Records Book 5740, Page 1640, and according to the Condominium Plat Book 74, Page 57 through 61, inclusive and according to the Condominium Plat Book 75, Page 107 through 109, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; TOGETHER with an undivided interest in the common elements pertaining thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
