You are notified that an action has been filed by Plaintiff, Ranchero Village Co-Op, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, seeking to terminate the occupancy and possessory rights of the defendants and to foreclose its lien against the following real and personal property:
Unit/Lot No. 179 of RANCHERO VILLAGE CO-OP, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, according to Exhibit “B” (the “Plot Plan”) of the Declaration of Master Form Occupancy Agreement recorded in O. R. Book 14878, Page 207, et seq., Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with any and all amendments thereto (the “Master Agreement”), and as legally described in Exhibit “A” to said Master Agreement. TOGETHER WITH that certain Membership Certificate Number 179 issued by the Cooperative to MARIE L. COLLINS evidencing her percentage interest in the Cooperative, and any other incident of ownership arising therefrom;
The street address of the Property is Lot 179, 7100 Ulmerton Road, Largo, Florida 33771, and the Parcel Identification Number of the Property is 07/30/16/73553/000/0179.
And a 1978 double-wide mobile home bearing Title Numbers 0015456083 and 0015456084 and Vehicle Identifications Numbers 2445A and 2445B
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of a written defense, if any, to David S. Bernstein, Esquire, [email protected], and/or Andrew J. McBride, Esquire, [email protected], Plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is Adams and Reese LLP, 150 Second Avenue North, 17th Floor, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, within 30 days from the first date of publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in Plaintiff's Complaint.
