NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 08, 2014 and entered in Case No. 13-006911-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CHARLES SCHWAB BANK, F/K/A CHARLES SCHWAB BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff and DONALD J. HINDES, SR., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DONALD J. HINDES, SR., DONALD J. HINDES, SR., AS TRUSTEE OF THE DONALD J. HINDES, SR. REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED APRIL 22, 1995; KAPOK GRAND HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 27th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
All that certain parcel of land situated in the County of Pinellas and State of Florida, being known and designated as Lot 706, Kapok Grand, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 121, Pages 5 and 6, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 11165 Kapok Grand Cr, Madeira Beach, FL 33708
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
