NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 27, 2014 and entered in Case No. 09-007976-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, 2006-AR41, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR41 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED DECEMBER 1, 2006, is Plaintiff and Billy J. Donald Sr., Priscilla Donald, All Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Beneficiaries, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Trustees, And All Other parties Claiming An Interest By, Through Under Or Against The Estate of Myra Jean Donald, Deceased; Vickie Newsome, Billy Donald, Jr, Unknown Spouse of Billy Donald, Jr, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. as nominee for Market St Mortgage Corporation; Lake Forest Condominium Association of Pinellas County, Inc.; Unknown Spouse of Billy Donald, Sr,; Elijah Donald; Teresa Matthews a/k/a Terea Hayes Donald a/k/a Teresa Hayes; Darryl L. Donald; Anthony T. Donald; Felicia Michelle Robinson a/k/a Felicisa Robertson a/k/a Felicia Robinson; State of Florida, Department of Revenue; Clerk of Court, Pinellas County; Ann C. UNIT NUMBER 1705, BUILDING XVII, LAKE FOREST, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 84, PAGES 56 THROUGH 62 INCLUSIVE, AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 86, PAGES 95 THROUGH 101 INCLUSIVE AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 87, PAGES 102 THROUGH 107 INCLUSIVE AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6000, PAGES 1082 THROUGH 1163 INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6092, PAGE 199, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
