NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Apartment Unit No. 6201 of MEDITERRANEAN MANORS CONDOMINIUM UNIT NINE, A CONDOMINIUM, according to declaration thereof recorded in Official Records Book 4220, Page 461, of the Pinellas County, Florida Official Records and in Condominium Plat Book 20, Page 31 of the Public records of Pinellas County, Florida. Subject to the terms, limitations and restrictions of the Declaration of Condominium, to easements of record, and to the lien for general taxes and special assessments for the year 1977 and all subsequent years. With the following street address: 2700 Bayshore Blvd. #6201, Dunedin, Florida 34698.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 24, 2014.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
