NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 27th day of August, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13007010CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF LONG BEACH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-WL1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-WL1 is the Plaintiff and CHRISTINA MANASSES A/K/A CHRISTINE MANASSES A/K/A CHRISTINE K. MANASSES; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A., FKA CAPITAL ONE BANK; THE FOUNTAINS AT COUNTRYSIDE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ARISTOTELIS MANASSESS A/K/A ARISTOTELIS MANASSES and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 27th day of October, 2014, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. B-207, OF THE FOUNTAINS AT COUNTRYSIDE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 14128, PAGE 301 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
