Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of PINELLAS County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in PINELLAS County, Florida described as:
LOT 7, BLOCK 1, SOUTH GROVE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2780 Sunny Breeze Avenue, Largo, Florida 33770, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on October 31, 2014, at 10:00 A.M.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
