NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 17, 2014, entered in Case No. 12-010583-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Ventures Trust 2013-I-H-R by MCM Capital Partners, LLC is the Plaintiff and Fatbardh Blaku; East Lake Woodlands Cypress Estates Condominium One Association, Inc.; Unknown Parties in Possession #1, if living, and all Unknown Parties claiming by, through, under and against the above named Defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said Unknown Parties may claim an interest as Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 3rd day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 18, OF EAST LAKE WOODLANDS CYPRESS ESTATES, A CONDOMINIUM AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. 4975, PAGE 1147; AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 67 THROUGH 70, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
