Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated September 24, 2014, entered in Civil Case Number 11-008010-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2007-3, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-3 is the Plaintiff, and CAROL J DUDASH, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 6, Block 1, CROSS POINTE, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 106, Pages 49 through 54, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 22nd day of January, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
