Wells Fargo Bank N.A., as Trustee, for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006-NC1 Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Plaintiff and THERESA L. GARDNER; RAYMOND GARDNER JR. A/K/A RAYMOND A. GARDNER JR.; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM on this October 27th, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
